my story
hi, i'm Andre
i'm an indie Christian singer-songwriter, drummer, and (an amateur) guitar player living in nashville. i grew up in the church as a pastor's son and served most sundays on the worship team. i inherited my love for music from my dad. he was always singing or making up songs around the house. when i was three years old, i was pulling pots and pans out of cabinets to drum on them. fast-forward through mediocre middle school band concerts, loud high school marching band shows, and elaborate college percussion concerts and we get to me graduating with a degree in music!
as i grew in my musical abilities, so did my faith in the Lord. being baptized at seven years old and brought up in a relatively healthy church gave me a strong foundation for my walk with Jesus. though i've experienced all kinds of seasons, the truth that always encourages me is that God is with you through it all. not only is He with You, but He is guiding you. i started writing songs on my guitar as a response to this truth, with hopes to share the peace that surpasses all understanding when you trust in the Lord.
His faithfulness
what a gift it is to have a faithful Lord.
growing up, my parents made sure i knew i served a faithful king. and to have received Him at such a young age, i realized, was a gift when i made my way through difficult seasons. as i graduated college in 2021 and began the journey into adulthood, i was met with a difficult and painful season. grandparents passed away, friends moved, my parents divorced, anxiety grew, and an uncertain future cast a shadow over it all.
lost in the shadows, stuck in fear, hopeless and longing for my savior- this is the place where i wrote my 3 debut singles. what began as songs that helped remind me of a faithful Father, grew into the projects that are released into the world.
making, performing, and releasing my own original music was never part of MY plan... but the Lord's plans are always better.

my family is from Venezuela-no that is not in Mexico & yes i can speak Spanish!
i have one other sibling that is my older sister.
she's really good at making you feel like you're the most important person in the world!
my favorite book in the Bible (right now) is Ephesians
pizza is my fav and would eat it everyday
if i had to choose between only playing guitar or only playing drums i would choose.... whatever the situation needs most! ;)
one movie i would watch on repeat is: Paddington
